My home was a difficult sale. It needed repair, was very large, and was burdened with a big tax bill.  I had worked with other Realtors before hiring Paul, and their solution to the aforementioned challenges was to lower the price.  For me, it takes no real skill to sell a "bargain priced house."  Throughout the selling process, Paul supported my desire to keep the price at a certain level.  He gauged his responses to my needs.  Additionally, he was highly responsive, respectful and helpful at all times. I had a condo in Jersey City, NJ that I owned for 17 years. I rented it for the last 14 years. I live in Philadelphia so I am not close by for things that come up. Paul helped me rent the unit through a number of tenants. I was always surprised how quickly he could find tenants. He handled the whole process and supplied me with all the paperwork. He would then help me with anything I needed while tenants occupied the unit. I recently sold the unit and again, Paul helped tremendously. He found buyers that offered full price. I also needed work done to the unit and Paul recommended reputable vendors who could do the work. He would then follow up and inspect the work after.
